After my brother’s unexpected death last summer, I have made several work-life changes that are all aimed at reducing or eliminating stress. Life is too short to continue in ways that add stress.

In that spirit, I wanted to move Brand Shepherd and shepx to the Four-Day Workweek model.

Initially, I was skeptical about the Four-Day Workweek model.

However, after engaging with other business owners who had embraced it and conducting extensive research (like the one I’ll share in the comments), I decided to give it a shot.

After a month of using the model, I could not go back.

Contrary to my initial concerns, our productivity has not suffered. 

In fact, we have achieved more in less time without negatively impacting our profits.

The most significant benefit is that we’re all less stressed; that was the goal from the start.
